Can be quite nice on Skye, this was a couple of weeks ago. Was only 10° though :( Did get snowed on on Bealach Na Ba on the way there!! Gotta love the Scottish weather. Next day got rained on for 5 or so hours going to Ardnamurchan Lighthouse and Strontian.

I've got an L200 that breaks for fun. The 4wd system always packs up in winter, in summer it breaks its heads so rebuilt the engine after it span number 4 big end. Recently dumped all its coolant and left me with this. My old Capris never did this!

:( This is terrible news, he was always a pleasure to meet at Nationals and led a nice ride out from the Kelso one. I was surprised he wasn't at the National this year so wondered if something wasn't right. RIP Andy, you will be missed, from Ruth and myself.

I always put E5 in my bike, even the car as the E10 feels to have a very slightly rough tickover. I did have the carb out and stripped it right back to all it's individual part and ultrasonically cleaned it. It's never run right since I got it :( Some people fit a Mikuni TM40 as it's a better...
