When at home I let a water wetted sheet of kitchen roll sit on the visor for a few minutes and then wipe off the bug guts with the same sheet and dry with another sheet.

On the move I carry a deidcated visor cleaning bottle that has a sponge attached to it and some dillutted washing up liquid in it. Dab the wetted sponge on gunged up visor, agitate with same sponge to loosen the gunge and then wipe clean with some paper towel.

Either that or get the wife to clean it - works for me :respect13:

Riding elderly motorcycles, it's proven all kinds of useful to have a packet of baby wipes in a tank bag somewhere. These do ok for visor duty too, though there are limits.
