I wonder why they persist with the retro look? The biggest market for RE must be India where you might expect the youth to be clamouring for a modern looking and performing bike. The nostalgia market in the UK and indeed the rest of the world is very limited.

I like it .... they've managed to avoid many of the currents cliches such as a stupidly tiny headlamp and "wrapped" exhausts. Not quite as nice as the original Meteors/ Connies, but a good try.

There are two words that might contradict you Austin. Triumph Bonneville ;) I think there's a very healthy retro market out there.
