Re: XT225 Serow, DR250 & Citroen Dispatch for sale
I'm currently living in Wellington although I spent 6 months living with my daughter in Dunedin.
Stunning country, I urge everyone to visit. But please don't emigrate as I have - I like the fact there's only 4.5M people in a country that's...
Hi Folks!
Haven't been here in several months because I've been living and working in NZ. I've decided to make it permanent so have come back to the UK to pack up then sell my vehicles and my home.
I know many of you are members of ABR so I won't bore you all with advertising the same vehicles...
Re: FS - 2008 BMW F650GS (800cc model)
At long last, the BMW has sold. To Phil, a new rider who lives in Derbyshire, so if you spot a nice looking blue BMW, please give him a wave :)
Me too, well my daughter did. The coating simply burned off & it wasn't because they were empty. I wasn't impressed & returned to the standard uncoated version.
I have a meths and gas Trangia. The meths came first and I had it a long time with no issues. Decided to get the gas adapter but at £55 realised I could get a brand new one for about £70 so that's what I opted to do. But I'd never buy the non-stick pans again.

OMG! All we get are Ramblers writing petitions!
I once ended up in someone's garden in Slovenia - the only bit of tarmac in a village turned out to be their long driveway!
The owner wasn't happy but he did help me find my way out :)
Is that photo real? Looks total madness :confused-18:
I assume it doesn't weigh very much but having that hanging off the back must create some type of imbalance when cornering. Sometimes, when you think you've seen everything, along comes another.......
These are fairly old - my daughter wore them as a teenager and she's in her 20s now, but they're still in good condition as she hardly wore them (textiles are more practical).
Stretchy side panels, good zips, padding on knees - someone had relined when I bought them & this is clean and looks...
feeling less tired today, a few pics from my phone collection
Sid's Cafe
A brief and brisk walk to the top of Main Street, Haworth
Forest Drive
a well deserved rest
I have days when it feels like every driver seems to be out to get me, it can ruin a nice day out. One time, I went back home - I wasn't sure whether it my own state of mind or the grim reaper was playing games.
