    North Wales weekend

Saturday myself, Ian and Andy set out in the rain to head for Nantcol waterfalls camp site, just north of Barmouth. The weather and forecast didn't look good but hey ho..... The weather really turned for the better whilst on route, and we all had a really great weekend. Sunday we headed down to...

Motorists warned about problems hiring cars abroad - http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-32481382 How dumb can you get? We must be the laughing stock of the world. How come we don't get aligned to the EU with anything that's useful? Why do we have 3 tests to a full bike licence? Road fund...

    Learner....

Just booked my lad Alex in for his CBT next weekend. Why do I have the feeling this is going to get expensive? That's besides the £135 for his CBT, if he decides he wants a bike, there's clothing, helmet, gloves, boots, bike, insurance, tax, then I suppose I'll end up fueling it too...... Rob

    All full up.

Just nipped out to fill the twin up as Sam will be using my car again, as hers is buggered. £32 to fill it. + £7 from the jerry can before, bordering on £40 to fill from dry I think. Fuel tap/sender came today too. Now fitted in the tank, just got to finish the dash and find somewhere for the...

    New fuel tank.

Finally got the tank done on the twin. Modified the graphics a little as the originals didn't suit the new tank as well. Overall it looks good, just the fuel lines and crash bars to do now!

    Make the most of it.

Panniers are now at the powder coaters, along with the sump guard, chain guard and Russ' crash bars. So, as the twin is now off the road for the time being, you can bet your arse the sun will be out and it will be a scorcher.... I'll let you all know when they're done and the rain will be...

    Bank holiday.

Well, supposed to be a nice weekend, and as I'm off for 4 days seems rude not to get the bike out. Anyone up for a ride out, and any preference on day or location? Just to throw a possible location in, how about Bridgnorth? Rob Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk
