I am expecting about 40mpg from this bike in reality so i'm not sure what happened with those figures . Anyway , i'll do another check today .

I thought is was mental for a 20 year old bike with carbs and a lusty v twin.

That will be 45mpg, 2 up 70 ish mph and 44 mpg solo hooning around the cotswolds.........Phew !

Got there around midday,saw just about everyone ! Good to chat with Mel J after such a long time too (I thought he'd been locked up for good or somethin' in South America). Managed to avoid you for two hours Stan ,then I got away while my luck was still in.

I was going to comment on your fuel consumption Stan, my Elefant is around the 40mpg but must confess to wringing it's bloody neck every time I take it out! Just love the bike, hopefully I'll grow out of listening to that howl from the Mikuni's! Good to see you out and about mate.

The fant is unbelivable with the new suspension . Wow !!!!!
