First ride out...!

Hi All,

So I just had my first ride out with nigelphoto to Yonderman today! Journey was interesting with some unexpected U turns, but on the whole we made it fine. Good to see Russ out after the sad passing of his wife - commiserations :| I look forward to seeing more of the BigTrallie guys and girls in the future.

Recommendations: I'm looking to do an off-road adventure riding style course...any ideas where to go?

Good call Austin,

I had a day out with Mudwiz and it was great fun, highly recommended.

Mudwiz recently did the Bamako rally on a Transalp so knows his stuff.

Just to emphasise the frequent getting-totally-lost scenario was not my fault. I was trying out my new satnav set up and it takes a lot of getting used-to: OK I didn't set it correctly which might have had something to do with it!

Mark (BigAdvBike)at Monyash (stopped to put on waterproofs) and his blue F650GS which he got last week

It was good to meet you both and finally put names to faces, lets hope its not to long before we all get together again.
I was thinking about a Cotswolds or Lake Vyrnwy run out either this coming weekend or the one after

I really liked the Vyrnwy road, would be good to do it again :)

been back at work for 2 hours and already in need of some bike therapy :(

I'd certainly be up for a run to Vyrnwy but not this weekend as its the Stafford Bikers Big Breakfast at the National Memorial Arboretum at Alrewas on Sunday. My greyhound was used as the model by the Sculptor of the memorial to the SOE at the Arboretum (the founder of SOE had a greyhound) so I'm keen to go and have look.

Thought you might be interested - this is Bluebell doing some modelling for the Nude Greyhound calendar

Same here Ian, and I'm not even at work yet....

Andy enjoyed himself, that was what he bought his bike for. Think you'll be seeing a lot more of him.
