12MB should be fine..... 34 is a bit salty for a photo!
Does the 12MB not work?

Ahh sorry missed the mpeg bit.
I think I did up the limits .

Will just check....

There are multiple places that the limits are applied.

Attachments - Max 60Mb. (That means in total in a single post)
Max number of attachments - 20

Attachment file extensions - mpeg's weren't allowed so I've added them. No idea how they will render!

There are also php limits but I'm sure they are larger.

Lastly you can use the Media gallery which has separate limits again. Mpeg wasn't an allowable type there either so I've added it.

Thanks..lets see...nah no good...ah maybe me...saved as mp4 file. The original was a 1080p 60frames per sec which was too big so I exported out of Lightroom and the mp4 file is the compressed result. I'll see if there are other options to change them to.
