Just a quick message to reacquaint myself with some old and new faces. I wasn't particularly active on XRV: Just a couple of ride reports at:

I fully support the consensus view regarding the Canadian owners of XRV. I want to wish Bigtrailie all the very best. There's great people on here.

With regard to Big Trailies (a MUCH better description than the IMHO wnak "Adventure Bike" misnomer!), I own 2 PDO6 Transalps (1987 and 1988: both black engines and matt black in colour = rats) and a cosmetically modified 1995 RD07 Africa Twin in red and white.

Will try to make an event or 2 in the next few months.
