Yeah, I know. My only defence is that we both forgot. It's not as if I've been wondering why Rachel has been stomping about the house for the last couple of days refusing to say what's annoyed her.
But - I am really going to cop it from my sisters when they find out. Ho hum.
Well if it's any consolation I forgot Jo's 18th birthday and didn't get her a card, we're still married after 26 years though, 27 next month.Yeah, I know. My only defence is that we both forgot. I have sort of forgotten several times, as in forget to buy flowers, chocolates, little pressie or whatever but did manage to remember to say happy anniversary with a big X within a few minutes of waking up, in fact I did that this year on our 31st anniversary. I do of course get reminded of this at every opportunity.
I never forget.
Nor do I forget to tell herself that I could have committed two murders during that time and be out by now
