The Red and Red/White wires are heavier gauge as they are the "power" wiring - Red - this leads from the solenoid connector to the Ignition Switch. Red/White - this is the power (charging) feed from the Reg/Rec. These two wires are connected together within the solenoid and connect to one end of the 30 Amp fuse. The other end of the fuse leads to battery +Ve. The two smaller gauge wires - Yellow/Red and Green Red - actually operate the solenoid's coil when the Start button is operated. Yellow/Red - this leads from the Start Switch. Green/Red - this leads to the Clutch, Side-stand and Neutral Switches. Attachments AT and TA solenoid connections.jpg 16.1 KB · Views: 659
