Bike Trailer.

Great idea providing you are towing a county that does not requires a rear number plate and stop/tail lights.
 
would not take much to put lights etc on it , you can buy 2 piece light boards and square no plate on the back to one side would not be difficult to lash up
 
For it to go flat to the floor to load the bike the number plate could not go below and would be in the way above. I am sure there would be a way but it might be that you need to attach and unattach a board with the lights and plate each time you load and unload.
