As the title I am selling my EXO2 Stormrider heated vest with a controller. There's a second controller available as well so if you have two bikes you could use on both or have separate controllers for rider and pillion if you get a second jacket. You can also run two jackets off one controller with a Y connector - which is what we did but I want to keep the Y piece. They are available from many places. (The wife's vest has already gone).
I have had this several years and hardly ever worn it as its quite bulky and doesn't fit under my leather jacket. I could change jacket but instead bought a full and thinner heated jacket. It's also quite big - I am 6'3 and 16+stone and its a loosish fit on me especially as it best worn with just a light shirt underneath and insulating layers over the top.
The controllers come with a fused harness with ring connectors to wire direct to battery, a standard coax connector for the jacket and long enough cables to take the switch up to the handlebars and back. The switch is digital and comes "live" when connected and switches in 9 stages from full power to 50%and then to off. Tbh it's probably best wired via a relay so the little tinkers can't switch it on, although it wouldn't run your battery down unless something was connected to the coax connector.
The vest can also be used with a portable LI-ON battery available from EXO but I have never tried it, but possibly a good idea for camping.
EXO have a new model of this out now called airstream with updated fabrics, just to be clear this is the older model but the basics haven't changed and its a super bit of kit. Also makes a great pillow for camping.
£120 for the jacket and one controller. £140 with two controllers. I will pay postage.
Oh and it all works, I used it last week just to test it and the controllers.
