Well, hrmm, call me prude but that version of the "Reichsadler" is a little bit to close to the original for my taste.
The Reichsadler or Emblem of the Deutsches Reich (German Reich, 1933–1945), which features an eagle looking over its right shoulder, and with the same colours.

You should actually have a bear holding the BMW roundel since our BMW bikes are built in Berlin.
