Ordered a new Metzeler Tourance rear from www.thevisorshop.com (online trading name of Crossan Motorcycles) on Wednesday morning. It arrived just before lunch yesterday - a shade over 24 hours. I had phoned them before ordering to inquire about a new rim tape as they are not listed on their website. I was told that they would chuck one in with the tyre - which they did and didn't charge for it either.

Happy with the price of £76 delivered for a 130/80-17 tube type. Any order over £50 is delivered free anywhere in Ireland or the UK - so that covers (probably) all the tyres they sell.

Interesting, I've just removed K60's from my tiger after 400 mikes (hated them ) and will be looking at replaceing them with Tourances just as soom as these part worn Scorpions are dead

let me see how long the new Tourance lasts on my GS first,

I suspect the new Chinese chewing gum they use for them wont last long
