Too British?

Am I? Day before yesterday I paid 290 beer tokens for a ukrainian hotel room. Normal spartan eastern europe furniture but clean and useable, no parking and but my datails were taken. Last night I paid 360 beer tokens but with secure parking, breakfast no receipt just a gold toothed grin. Should I be haggling for cheaper rates or just pay and smile.

That would be Hryvna then, I guess (Not really guessing-looked it up) at about twenty to the pound. £15 for a room seems reasonable. Breakfast also looks utilitarian rather than gastro.
