Went through with a mate on Sunday to look at the widening of the new road at the pier.
Looks very nice but I was under the impression that there were going to be spaces for motor bike parking ?
Not a chance !! We had to park up as usual in the loading bays next to the shops, which in itself I would imagine is illegal. Loads of other bikes there. all parked up the same.

Set up for push bikes and peds only
Nothing against push bikes, but I hear now Inverness has it's own Bicycle Mayor to stand up for all things push bikes, to the extent of closing one of the main artery streets in the town to make way for push bikes and peds.
I don't imagine you will see many fridges being transported from shops on a push bike.
