This morning was the first chance I've had to test some winter gloves I bought a few weeks back, as until now I've been wearing summer shorty gloves as the weather's been so warm. Early this morning I had to ride 70miles in freezing fog, on country roads as well as dual carriageway. My hands were well protected from the wet and cold with only slight numbness to my right index and second fingers, but I do tend to ride with those fingers on the brake lever - old habits die hard! The gloves are leather/cordura construction with padded protection to the knuckle area, stitching is good quality, they seem well made and are very comfortable. The real surprise is they cost me £12.98 inc P&P on ebay (brand new)!
