Man down - rubberchicken

I took big bird out for a spin the other day while the Viffer is off the road.

Boy did that feel different [emoji23]

I never got on with the 1150GS I had , I guess my blood is orange. But I do like the look of your bike Michel, it just looks 'right' to me and I'm well pleased for you that you've resurrected it :cool2:

Even the 1150 has a bit of orange on it as standard

The oil cooler is a KTM part it would seem

Mine's proper bitsa though. Parts off 3 different BMW models, Suzuki forks and bits of KTM, Ducati, Husqvarna I think, with some Guzzi bits still waiting to join them.

It'll make getting parts interesting but it works well. :)

Could brush up well with a bit of love....bikes not bad either! Great to see some dirt under your wheels again

Leave her outside and let the moss grow. It will be like nothing ever happened. Glad you back on her many people would have just scrapped the beasty.

Mostly cosmetic damage, could've ridden it home, if it weren't for the extra hinge in my arm...

Bollocks. That's the summer of 2017 done for.

Good grief Michel, what have you done now?

Hope that the recovery goes well - for you and the bike.

You like hospital food or summit?

Hope you mend fully and soon . . . . . then you can re-invent your bike . . . . . . again
