We were at the NEC on the the 22nd of Nov, the first Saturday of the show.

We bought 2 jump start/power packs from Power Cases. The Lady that we bought them from told us that they didn't have any there and would post them out to us, as we were meeting up on the 28/11/14 they were to be posted out to Russ's address.

The chargers did not turn up we were told they would be sent out on the 02/12/14 still no charger. I tried to find out what was happening and was told due to success at the show they had sold 1200 units.

Both me and Russ have been trying to ring the owner Nick, he spoke once to Russ and apart from that will only txt when he can be bothered. The last we were told from Nick was that they were send out UPS on the 05/12/14 and you guessed it they STILL have not arrived. We have both tried to contact Nick and have had NO reply at all.

It has now been over 3 weeks since the items were paid for. We cannot get a response from Nick he will not provide a tracking number for UPS.

The customer service is absolutely rubbish and extremely ignorant. I would not buy anything from this shop beware!

Seems we are not the only ones having this problem http://www.motorcyclelive.co.uk/exhibitor/powercases-ltd/

Same here, mine was allegedly posted on Wed.

I'll be claiming via my credit card at this rate

Re: NOT RECOMMENDED!!

Was this the stand where they had a bike - minus battery - and started it using the tiny powerpack? It looked interesting at the time, but they don't seem to be advertising it on the website: I wonder why?
Too many charlatans, promising the earth, nowadays ..... and these big shows and t'internet just seem to encourage them!

Blimey, me and Alan were looking at those, luckily I'd already spent my quota for the day.

The worrying thing is, the last time I spoke to him he told me he had sold 1200 units and had had 100 units delivered that day.........that doesn't quite fill the order Nick!

I think its about time we were refunded!

that's exactly what he told me,

and they are not responding to my emails, calls or texts now

it looks like I'll be contacting the credit card company and starting the 'charge back' process at the rate we're going

Re: NOT RECOMMENDED!!

worryingly the only contact number I can find for them is a Southampton number that is not in service :(

I've even emailed Motorcycle Live to see if they would provide a contact number

Re: NOT RECOMMENDED!!

Got an email from Carol Nash a few days back advertising these for sale at a discounted price

Not good if you let down a big name like CN I would suppose !!

quite agree,

if they don't come up with the goods this time I'm asking for a refund and if that doesn't happen it's off to the credit card company

Re: NOT RECOMMENDED!!

I thought I was getting somewhere when I got a response to an email earlier

how wrong was I?

three more emails gone unanswered

I now have three contact numbers and they all go straight to voicemail

not a good way to run a business
